FUNDRAISER HORSE TREK

FOR GRACE HUGHES

Some of you may be familiar with the story of 5 year old Grace Hughes from Dunedin through the recently screened 20/20 program on TV. Grace, for no apparent physical reason, has never eaten and has been nil by mouth since she was born. She was initially fed through a nasal tube, then later through a stomach tube. Grace’s family are going to Graz, Austria to a specialist hospital dealing with similar children to Grace, with very positive success stories. Any funds raised from this horse trek will be going directly to the ‘Amazing Grace Medical Fund’. Grace is booked late November for treatment. Please complete & sign attached registration.

If you do not wish to ride, but would like to help Grace, you can donate to the Amazing Grace Medical fund by visiting any National Bank Branch or depositing donations into Account Number 06-0901-0396524-00.
